First, heat up your waffle iron, get it niiiiiice and hot.
Mix a pinch of herbed sea salt into the beaten eggs, then pour ’em into the waffle iron. Close the lid. Just trust me.
When it’s done, use a fork to remove it from the waffle iron and lay the burrata, spinach and tomatoes down on one half of the omelette. Top it off with the basil and stuff. yo. face.
