These are such a good lil snack to have on-hand – even kids love ’em! They’re low in sugar, full of good, healthy fats and packed with protein, which means they’ll keep you satiated without triggering your sweet tooth.

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, process the freeze-dried bananas + strawberries into a powder, then add in the cashews, coconut, protein powder, vanilla bean powder + sea salt.
  2. Process a few minutes, until it starts forming into a ball with a doughy consistency.
  3. Roll into 9 balls + garnish with optional toppings.
  4. Refrigerate.
