Mint Chocolate Chip Green Smoothie
One of my all-time favorite smoothies, this tastes like a milkshake. A great starter smoothie if you’re new to the green scene.

Ingredients

cup
vanilla bean cashew milk
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
peppermint extract
2
tbsp
raw cacao nibs + more for garnish

handfuls baby spinach

frozen banana
chunks
Instructions
Combine everything in the blender (liquids first, then softer solids, then frozens on top), and blend until smooth, about 90 seconds or so, depending on your blender.
Pour into a glass and garnish with more cacao nibs.
