Instructions
  1. Put everything in the blender in the following order: coconut milk, coconut extract, chia seeds, spinach, banana and pineapple. (Blender tip: Anytime you’re blending something, liquids should always go in first, then softer solids, then harder solids and frozens.)
  2. Blend until smooth, about 60 to 90 seconds, depending on your blender.
  3. Pour into a glass and sip up, buttercup.
